From a one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course, to specialist fire and rescue training for high risk industries and utilities; whatever your training needs, we deliver market-leading training tailored to your requirements.

Our team of highly qualified and industry-experienced trainers guarantee that you will find all of our courses energetic, focused and fun, and with a strong practical element giving you real hands-on experience. We're confident that our courses will equip you to deal with the emergency situations you are most likely to meet at work.

If you are looking for training for your industrial fire team, for workers in confined spaces or at heights, or for training for first aid in the workplace, we can provide the courses you need. SA Safety will also offer an expert assessment of your training needs and any potential skills gaps.

Industrial Fire

Our specialist Fire Team courses cover all your on-site fire team training needs, from Team Leader to recruit. All of our instructors are either operational or ex-fire service, so you can be confident that your employees will gain real core skills and competence, through a combination of on-site training and real fire experience.

Working in confined spaces exposes your employees to potential hazards, which can threaten injury and even death. Specialist training and assessment is required to equip those working in such environments with the necessary skills and competencies to assess risks, control hazards and work in a safe manner.

First Aid
at work

Providing first aid in your workplace is a legal requirement which safeguards the health, safety and welfare of your workforce. SA Safety, in partnership with Devon First Aid, can provide you with the workplace first aid courses you need, tailored to your business requirements.

at Height

The purpose of The Working at Height Regulations is to prevent death and injury caused by a fall from height. If you are an employer or you control work at height the regulations apply to you. It is advised that employees should avoid working at heights where possible but, if it is required, they must be taught how to work safely. Our training courses can help.

Our Training Team

We have a pool of expert Instructors to draw on as well as working partnerships with other specialists, who together draw on their extensive training and industry background to deliver our market-leading courses. Our large team of training specialists means we can deliver courses on first aid in the workplace for every workplace situation,  as well as more specialist courses on breathing apparatus, fire behaviour, rescue and recovery, and rope access training to industrial emergency response teams.

All of our instructors have current or recent experience as operational or ex-fire service, rope access professionals and ex-military personnel, and we make sure they maintain their skills with regular CPD. Our instructors will develop plans for assessing competence in candidates, judge evidence against criteria to make assessment decisions, provide feedback and support to learners on assessment decisions.

Their extensive industry experience will enable them to meaningfully contribute to your internal quality assurance process, and our operational Fire Service background means that where required, we will liaise with local Fire and Rescue Services to ensure that our training for your site covers every safety requirement.
