Join our expanding rescue team
Attention all!
We are thrilled to announce exciting opportunities to join our expanding rescue team. SA Safety is recruiting additional Rescue Team members NOW, to support a new long-term contract starting in 2025.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site safety management and technical rescue services to our growing customer base in Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

Your Role as a Rescue Team member:
- Provide on-site safety management and technical rescue services.
- Work closely with our clients to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Respond to emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.

More about our Rescue Teams
Rescue teams will typically consist of three team members, organised with one supervisor and two members on standby, ready to affect a rescue if required.
We value lived experience
.All of our rescue team members are ex-fire service, ex-military, or experienced rope access professionals. We value the discipline and skills you have gained in other roles, and offer transitional support, where needed. To make sure our team members stay at the top of their game, we maintain a strong programme of CPD. This maintains essential skills and ensures updates current best practice.
We value our people
We take the physical and mental wellbeing of our staff very seriously. To keep our teams in peak operating condition we ensure that all rescue team members are fully fit before deployment. Additionally, team support and a welfare van is always provided.
