Recertification for ISO 9001 and 45001
We’re delighted to announce that we have successfully completed the recertification process for UKAS ISO 9001 and 45001, the scope being ” The delivery of training and health and safety consultation to the utility and industrial sectors including Emergency Rescue teams, Commercial Deep Cleaning, Rope Access Inspection & Cleaning and Face Fit Testing“.
The inspection highlighted no areas needing improvement and showed no non-conformances. SA Safety has consistently maintained the highest industry standards, and as a result our certification now stands for three years.
What does certification mean for our customers?
For us, gaining ISO 9001 and 45001 means that all key processes in our Integrated Management System are internally and externally audited and reviewed, with a quality-centric approach. At the end of the day though, UKAS ISO certification is important for us because of what it means for our customers. For you, the process defines the way we work and the quality of delivery so you can be sure that:
- We funnel services into set processes for consistency and build efficiencies at every step.
- We review key processes regularly and audit for consistency.
- Our contractors all use the same processes, so our offering is robust and consistent.
Certification is not a static event for us. We continue to improve by applying the same process to all areas of our IMS, giving a robust, focused, and high-quality offering. It defines how we work, and the quality and delivery of our processes, building consistency, accountability and trust. You, the customer, are at the heart of this process.
