First Aid at Work Requalification
About The Course
Level 3 (12 Hours)
FAIB Approved – certificate number 152
This course is designed for clients who already have the First Aid at Work Certificate, but who need to renew their qualification. This intense 2-day refresher must be undertaken before the 3-year certificated period runs out, otherwise they will need to re-do the 3-day course. The course addresses any national changes to First Aid policy and practice.
The course structure includes plenty of practical and practice to build confidence and competence. There are question and answer sessions, and space to revise areas that candidates may be unsure of. The specification for this course was revised by the HSE in 2009.
All courses can be delivered either on-site at your premises, or at one of our specialist training centres.

Burns, Scalds and Acid Attack

Eye Injuries
Maintaining Records
Maintaining and Stocking First Aid Kits
Course Certification
At the end of the course, there will be a formal assessment. If successful, each candidate will be awarded a the nationally recognised First Aid at Work certificate which is valid for 3 years.
The FAIB recommends yearly refresher training.
