This course is suitable for anyone who has Line Manager responsibility, who is responsible for staff well-being or wants to increase their awareness of mental health and well-being and how they can influence it in the workplace. Learners who sucessfully complete the course will be awarded the Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace certificate valid for 3 years. You are advised to keep up to date with changes to policies, procedures and new legislation through ongoing CPD.
This FAIB-accredited Mental Health and Well-being In The Workplace course is delivered on-site at your premises, or alternatively at our specialist training centre @unit21, Heathfield, Devon.
